Chelsea grew up dancing and has always had an active lifestyle. She wanted to continue her active lifestyle when she moved to Los Angeles from Michigan.That is when she found her love and passion for yoga. After taking her first yoga class, she realized yoga was the mind, body, and spirit challenge she needed in her life. She started her yoga practice over 8 years ago and completed her 200 hour power yoga training with CorePower Yoga in spring 2015. She then continued on with her training getting certified in Yoga Sculpt in winter 2015 and in Hot Power Fusion in spring 2016. Chelsea completed her 300 hour advanced teacher training with Jason Crandell in 2019. Chelsea prides herself on teaching a well rounded class that is accessible to everyone. She focuses on creating sequences that are dynamic, anatomically precise with mindful cues for all bodies that live a modern lifestyle. Whether it is your first time doing yoga or you've been practicing for several years, you'll feel welcomed and loved in Chelsea's classes. Chelsea continues to fall in love with the mental and physical benefits of yoga everyday. She loves being challenged (on and off the mat) and will encourage you to do the same.
